Children who have to work as slaves, heavily pregnant women who can only dream of medical care, and lepers who are shunned by their families. When German pediatric nurse Bettina Landgrafe first came to Ghana, the fate of the people there never left her. She decided to return to Africa and help. And so once became forever: In the meantime, Ghana has become Bettina Landgrafe's second home - and she herself has become White Nana, a queen of the Ashanti.
